Shipping policy

Processing time
We prepare and ship orders within 8 business days of order confirmation. When your bag is on its way, we’ll send you a confirmation with your tracking details.

Delivery days
We don’t ship on Fridays or Saturdays. Orders placed on those days are processed from Sunday morning.

Where we deliver
We deliver across Egypt. The shipping fee for your area is shown at checkout before you place your order.

Delays
During busy seasons, promotions, or when the courier has issues, deliveries can take longer than usual. We’ll do our best to get your order to you on time and keep you updated if anything changes.
